Peer pressure from your friends and family members to eat food is the worst feeling.  They have the ability to make you feel guilty by not partaking in the feast.  Maryland BJJ instructor who believe their peers feel a little guilty because they look like greedy people because you are refusing to gorge on large quantities of food that your body doesn’t need.
